Gray’s Gelato is made on site at Goldstone Farm, on the Polesden Lacey estate in Surrey. Our pedigree Ayrshire cows produce an exceptionally rich and creamy milk, which is the foundation of our high-quality gelato. We also make sumptuous and refreshing sorbets, to ensure people with as many different tastes and dietary requirements as possible can enjoy our delicious offerings.

We lovingly hand make all our gelatos and sorbets in small fresh batches. We are uncompromising on quality, and source the finest natural ingredients, from fiery stem ginger to homemade strawberry ripple sauce. These, combined with our exceptional milk, make our gelato amazingly smooth, velvety and packed full of delicious flavour.

Our core flavours are a selection of timeless favourites for all the family, and these are often joined by exciting special editions, available at food fairs and seasonally.
